I rang Jimi last Monday because I had a major water leak somewhere in my bathroom outside wall. Jimi rearranged the day’s work schedule so that Aiden could find and repair the leaking pipe. Within 2 hours I had water restored and at a reasonable cost. I was lucky with minimal internal water damage. Thank you Jimi and Aiden. You will be my goto Plumbers from now on.

Jimi came over to inspect our blocking sewer main (due to tree roots, have to get it done every 6 months or so) last week but as it was not fully blocked he said leave it until it was fully backed up so he could fix it properly (no charge). One week goes by then the sewer main blocks right up, call Jimi and he is here in 3 hours to fix it with his high pressure jet hose system. Top bloke, good fast service.

I’d like to thank and highly recommend Blufrog Plumbing and Gas. My water leak was in a tricky position under my old cottage home. Neb (plumber attending my SOS call) is a great guy who broke down all the necessary costs that I would be facing and the work that would be required to fix the difficult recurring leakage problems I’d been having. They also cleaned up after job was completed. Thank you again Blufrog and employees it’s been a HUGE relief having all the work done. Your efficient job relieves me of the worries of anymore leaks with the old pipes that have all now been replaced. Cheers guys.

Jaxon is a very polite, considerate and respectful young man, who worked very hard to fix my issue to ensure I had hot water for my little family. A simple tap washer replacement turned into a nightmare. Neb from BluFrog arrived and went about replacing the isolation tap, garden tap seized before he used grinder to do what I was finding impossible. Neb worked fast and efficiently to sort out my 82 year old Aunty’s tap problems. Very happy with Neb’s and BluFrogs speedy service and get the water back on.

I contacted BluFrog to get a quote on a new install of a 160L electric hot water storage heater to replace my dead rooftop solar heater which had burst its tank and was unsalvageable. Neb arrived promptly onsite to provide a free quote. I booked the install in for the next day. Neb was friendly and happy to take any questions. Very highly recommended. Prices were very competitive and it’s nice to support a local small business. Shout out to the admin staff who took the original enquiry. They were also extremely friendly and helpful.
